About the Role

We are looking for experienced DM Sales & Booking Assistants to manage inbound Instagram conversations for a U.S.-based coaching brand.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication and sales skills and be comfortable engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, answering questions, and assisting with bookings.

Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to inbound Instagram DMs.
- Engage with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain services and offers clearly.
- Qualify leads and assist with bookings.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and CRM information.
- Coordinate with the team on appointments and follow-ups.





Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in sales, DM sales, customer support, appointment setting, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling sales conversations through Instagram and online platforms.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Must have a personal laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, night shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle client conversations professionally.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
