Purchase Executive – Real Estate

Role: Purchase Executive Industry: Real Estate / Construction Experience: 2–5 years in Purchase/Procurement/Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Purchase materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, electrical, and plumbing items.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and store teams.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Track purchase costs and help control project expenses.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments.




- Maintain vendor databases and material purchase reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of construction materials and real estate procurement.
- Experience in vendor management and purchase operations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Cost analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
