A hospital is seeking a qualified Ward Nurse with 2 to 5 years of relevant nursing experience in a general ward. The selected candidate will provide quality patient care, monitor patients’ health conditions, coordinate with the medical team, and ensure accurate nursing documentation. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Previous experience in a general ward, including patient assessment and shift handovers.
- Valid nursing registration as per applicable regulations.
- Positive clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients according to their clinical needs and hospital protocols.




- Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized medical practitioners.
- Report changes in patients’ health conditions promptly to the medical team.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Conduct clear and accurate shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain patient records, medication charts, and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about care instructions and treatment plans.
- Follow infection-control procedures, patient-safety standards, and hospital policies.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
