Job Vacancy: Senior Accountant

Minimum Qualifications

- B.Com or Above
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting

- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank transactions, cash book and other accounting records.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Bank and ledger reconciliation.

2. Accounts Receivable

- Maintaining and monitoring customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
- Preparing and recording customer invoices and receipts.
- Preparing receivables ageing reports and monitoring overdue amounts.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinating with the sales and project teams regarding customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Ensuring timely updating of customer payment records in the accounting system.

3. GST & Statutory Compliance





- Positive knowledge of GST regulations and GST return filing.
- Maintaining GST-related records and supporting documents.
- Knowledge of TDS, ESI and PF is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and reconciliation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
