Job Title: Tamil Voice Process Executive
What you will do (Responsibilities):
Talk to Customers: Answer incoming phone calls or make outbound calls to Tamil-speaking customers.
Help Solve Problems: Answer customer questions clearly and solve their issues politely.
Enter Data: Type and save customer call details
Follow Rules: Use standard call guidelines and maintain good telephone etiquette.
Pass on Complex Issues: Send difficult customer problems to your supervisor or manager.
Who can apply
Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree (Freshers can apply).
Languages: Must speak Tamil fluently. Basic understanding of English is enough.
Soft Skills: Patient, polite, positive listening skills, and helpful attitude.
Work Timing:
Shifts: Day shifts
Holidays: 1 or 2 days off per week.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
