- Tool Room Stores: Maintain inventory of tools, dies, punches, inserts, fixtures, gauges, spare parts, and other tool room items.
- Inventory Management: Handle receipt, storage, identification, preservation, and issuance of raw materials, components, consumables, and engineering spares.
- Material Inward & Outward: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices; ensure proper documentation of material movements.
- Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct periodic physical stock verification, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Material Issuance: Issue materials, tools, and spares against authorized requests and maintain proper records of consumption and returns.
- Reorder Management: Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for timely replenishment.
- ERP Documentation: Update all inward, outward, transfer, and stock transactions in the ERP system accurately and on time.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Tool Room, Production,



Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, and PPC departments for material availability.
- 5S & Safety: Maintain proper storage, identification, housekeeping, and safe handling of materials.
- Audit & Reporting: Maintain stock registers, tool issue records, and other documents required for internal and external audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
