Job Summary

The QC/RMC Head will oversee concrete quality standards, mix design development, material testing, and quality compliance across RMC and precast concrete operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimise concrete mix designs for different grades while controlling costs.
- Conduct cube testing, material testing, and maintain laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes and government quality requirements.
- Coordinate government inspections and third-party quality audits.
- Provide technical support to customers and government engineers at project sites.
- Handle quality complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Skills:

- Concrete mix design and cost optimisation
- Cube testing and material quality testing
- Knowledge of IS codes and quality standards

Preference: Candidates must have hands-on experience independently managing RMC laboratory or precast QC operations and handling government inspections and third-party quality audits.

Experience:

7–10 years of experience in RMC plant laboratory operations, precast quality control, or infrastructure project quality control.

Qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Industry

RMC, Precast Concrete, Infrastructure Projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
