ADI Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions and develop current institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert student admission leads.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, consultants and other institutions.
- Conduct promotional activities, presentations and institutional visits.
- Follow up with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission/business targets.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, admissions or education preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and willing to travel.

Salary: Competitive salary + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
