JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Purpose of Position:

A Procurement Executive is responsible for assisting in the sourcing and purchasing of products and services required by the company. This role involves supporting the procurement strategy to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Role Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Sourcing:

Identify, evaluate, and maintain reliable suppliers while building solid partnerships.

2. Negotiation:

Support price negotiations, evaluate contract terms, and secure cost-effective deals.

3. Cost Management:

Monitor procurement budgets, analyze spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

4. Compliance:

Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable regulations, policies, and documentation requirements.

5. Risk Management:

Identify procurement risks and implement measures to minimize potential disruptions.

6. Process Optimization:

Improve procurement processes, maintain documentation, and enhance operational efficiency.

7. Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment,



and maintain accurate inventory records.

8. Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate deliveries, track shipment status, and ensure timely material availability.

9. Supplier Relationship Management:

Monitor supplier performance, maintain relationships, and resolve supplier-related issues.

10. Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare procurement reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to management.

Candidate Profile:

· Experience: 1-2 years in procurement, supplier management, and negotiation.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· Skills: Vendor sourcing, negotiation, cost analysis, contract management, and inventory control.

· Technical Skills: MS Excel, procurement software, and inventory management systems.

· Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
