JOB DESCRIPTION – GRAPHIC DESIGNER

1. Job Summary

BeeTees Academy of Commerce is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop attractive and professional visual content for digital marketing, social media, educational promotions, and branding activities. Candidates with experience in the education industry and digital marketing creatives will be preferred.

2. Key Responsibilities

Design creative posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Create engaging Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, and Facebook creatives.

Develop promotional creatives for courses, admissions, scholarships, internships, and placement achievements.

Design student testimonial posters, success stories, and placement announcements.

Create branding materials for college proposals, seminars, workshops, and events.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute marketing campaigns.

Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Create visually appealing WhatsApp promotional creatives.

Edit basic videos and create motion graphics, if required.

Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and social media formats.

3. Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

Knowledge of social media creative formats and digital advertising designs.

Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and branding.





Ability to create attractive promotional content.

Basic video editing and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.

Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

4. Educational Qualification

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

Relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be preferred.

5. Experience

1–3 years of experience in graphic design preferred.

Experience in the education, training, or digital marketing industry will be an added advantage.

Freshers with exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio may also apply.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

Quality and creativity of designs.

Timely delivery of assigned creatives.

Number of creatives completed as per the marketing calendar.

Brand consistency and design accuracy.

Ability to support admission campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordination with the marketing team.

7. Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a designer who understands how creative designs support marketing and student admissions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, cutting-edge, responsible, and capable of converting marketing ideas into compelling visual content.
