Sales and customer acquisition

- Sell Jio SIM cards and promote Jio services.
- Acquire new customers and help them choose suitable plans.
- Promote relevant products and services, including broadband where applicable.
- Achieve monthly sales, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.

2. Customer service

- Welcome customers and provide a positive store experience.
- Help with SIM activation, recharges, plan-related queries, and other available services.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide post-sales support.
- Explain new offers, plans, and service benefits.

3. Store operations

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Jio Point store.
- Use company systems and applications for transactions and records.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating according to company procedures.




- Maintain accurate daily reports and records.

4. Stock and inventory management

- Ensure sufficient stock of SIM cards and other assigned products.
- Track stock received, issued, and remaining.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to replenish stock.
- Maintain proper product display and merchandising visibility.

5. Cash handling and payments

- Handle cash and customer transactions accurately.
- Ensure daily cash deposits according to company procedures.
- Maintain transaction records and report discrepancies.
- Manage store utility payments as assigned.
