Job Description: MS Fabric / Power BI Data EngineerRole OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on MS Fabric / Power BI Data Engineer who can independently support data pipelines, troubleshoot common issues, optimize existing solutions, and contribute to recent data and reporting projects.The candidate should have practical experience working with MS Fabric and be comfortable troubleshooting production issues with minimal assistance.Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve MS Fabric data pipeline failures.
- Independently handle common issues such as:
- Expired credentials and authentication issues.
- Scheduling and timing issues.
- Pipeline dependency failures.
- Schema or data-type changes.
- Connectivity and configuration issues.
- Data refresh and transformation failures.
- Analyze pipeline errors/logs, identify root causes, implement fixes, and validate results.
- Develop and enhance MS Fabric data pipelines and notebooks.
- Optimize data flows and pipelines for performance and efficiency.
- Support new and existing projects involving MS Fabric, Power BI, and application data connections.
- Develop and enhance Power BI reports and data models/semantic models.
- Work with different data sources and support data integration requirements.
- Collaborate with the team on complex issues and seek guidance when required.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Fabric Data Pipelines and Notebooks.
- Strong Power BI experience.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT and data integration.
- Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines.
- Experience working with multiple data sources/application data connections.
- Good understanding of data schemas and transformations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on routine technical issues.

Experience

- 5+ years of relevant Data Engineering / BI experience.
- Meaningful hands-on experience with MS Fabric and Power BI is required.

Key RequirementThe candidate should demonstrate real-world, hands-on troubleshooting experience and be able to independently resolve common MS Fabric pipeline issues. For complex or unfamiliar issues, the candidate should be able to investigate the problem and work with the team for resolution.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
