Pre-Primary Teacher

- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and execute play-based, age-appropriate lessons .

- Holistic Development: Encourage social interaction, conflict resolution, self-esteem, and fine/gross motor skills through art, storytelling, games, and outdoor play.

- Classroom Management & Safety: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment, overseeing nap times, snack breaks, and daily routines.

- Child Observation: Track developmental milestones, monitor behavioral patterns, and identify children who may need extra support.

- Parent Communication: Provide regular updates, hold progress meetings, and advise families on supporting learning at home.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, or a related field (or a specialized pre-primary/Nursery Teacher Training [NTT] diploma).





- Experience - Prior 1+ years experience working with toddlers or young children in a formal or informal setting is preferred.

- Patience and Empathy: High emotional intelligence to handle separation anxiety, meltdowns, and diverse learning paces.

- Communication: Clear, friendly verbal and written skills for interacting with both young children and parents.

- Creativity & Energy: Ability to make learning engaging through music, crafts, movement, and imaginative play.

- Computer Knowledge
