### Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute and monitor fire safety projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, cost control and customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Plan and manage fire protection, fire alarm and safety system projects.

- Prepare project schedules, resource plans and material requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site supervisors.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, costs and delivery timelines.

- Ensure that work follows approved drawings, project specifications and applicable fire safety standards.

- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

- Identify project risks, resolve operational issues and report progress to management.





- Review bills of quantities, material estimates and project documentation.

- Ensure proper maintenance of project records and completion reports.

- Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams to manage project expenses and billing.

*Requirements*

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering or a relevant technical field preferred.

- 3–7 years of experience in project execution or management preferred.

- Experience with fire protection, fire alarm or firefighting systems is highly desirable.

- Robust leadership, planning, budgeting and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
