We are looking for a customer-friendly, confident, and motivated Product Consultant to join our furniture showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their furniture requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers visiting the furniture showroom and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain the features, quality, materials, designs, sizes, and pricing of furniture products.
- Recommend suitable furniture and other home furnishings based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate products and help customers compare different models, designs, and available options.
- Handle customer enquiries, provide product information, and assist them throughout the purchasing process.
- Prepare quotations, explain pricing and offers, and close sales professionally.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, delivery, and installation teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Keep customers informed about order status, delivery schedules, and any updates.
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales enquiries professionally and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organised showroom, ensuring furniture displays are properly arranged.
- Stay updated on product availability, new collections, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in furniture showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing systems, WhatsApp, and customer records.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and contribute to team performance.
