About DAMRO Furniture

DAMRO is a leading multinational furniture retail brand with an established showroom network. We are looking for experienced and responsible Accounts & Billing Executives to support our retail showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day showroom billing, invoicing and POS transactions.
- Process customer payments through cash, debit/credit cards, UPI and other payment modes.
- Maintain daily cash collections, cash registers and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain basic accounting records, vouchers, ledgers and transaction documentation.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, basic GST-related billing and Tally entries, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams regarding customer billing, order processing and deliveries.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries and payment documentation.
- Support showroom sales activities and customer service whenever required.
- Maintain accurate billing reports, transaction records and daily operational documentation.
- Ensure proper cash handling, financial accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification:



B.Com preferred.
- Relevant experience in retail billing, cashier operations or accounts and billing.
- Candidates from organised retail, furniture, home furnishings, electronics, consumer durables, lifestyle retail or automobile showrooms may be considered.
- Working knowledge of POS billing systems, cash reconciliation and basic accounting.
- Knowledge of Tally and GST-related billing will be an advantage.
- Positive communication skills and customer-handling ability.
- Comfortable working in a retail showroom environment and supporting sales operations.

Working Hours & Weekly Off

Showroom Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Mandatory working days

Weekly Off: One day between Monday and Friday

Public Holidays: Working days as per showroom operations and company policy.

Important Clarification

This is primarily a retail showroom billing and cash-handling position with basic accounting responsibilities.

It is not a traditional back-office accounting role focused exclusively on GST filing, taxation, auditing or financial finalisation.

The selected candidate must be comfortable interacting with customers and coordinating with the showroom sales team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
