- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, field visits, social media, and customer referrals.
- Customer Acquisition: Find potential customers and build robust business relationships to increase sales.
- Product Promotion: Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Market Research: Study market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate with customers, coordinate pricing, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain customer details, update lead status, and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.




- Coordination: Coordinate with the management, technical team, and service department to ensure smooth customer support and business operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING / ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to identify new customers and generate sales leads.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business purposes.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.

Main Objective: To generate new business, increase company sales, develop customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of Steel Tech Engineering.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
