The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to build and maintain relationships with donors. Key responsibilities will include: Managing donor relationships. Overseeing fundraising events and campaigns. Responsibilities: * Implementing fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. * Cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors. * Executing fundraising events and campaigns. * Conducting research and identifying potential fundraising opportunities.



* Reporting on fundraising progress and outcomes to organizational leadership. Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. * Passion for the mission and values of the NGO.
