Inside Sales Executive – Textiles
Job Description:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive for our textile business. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, order coordination, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Explain textile products, prices, and offers to customers.
- Maintain customer details and sales records.
- Coordinate with the production/dispatch team for orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in textiles, garments, or retail sales preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Swamiyarmadam
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
