Job Description: Microbiologist for Brewery Company

Position: Microbiologist

Location: West Bengal

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Educational Qualification: MSc in Microbiology

Relocation: Ready to relocate to West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
- Monitor fermentation processes and ensure optimal yeast health and performance.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product safety and quality.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve microbiological issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in microbiology related to brewing.

Qualifications:

- MSc in Microbiology or related field.




- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Robust knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
