Job Summary

The Implementation Executive is responsible for onboarding customers onto the HRMS platform, configuring the system as per business requirements, and ensuring smooth go-live. This role acts as a bridge between customers, internal product, and support teams to deliver a successful implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business processes, payroll rules, attendance, leave, and HR policies
- Configure HRMS modules such as Employee Master, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Approval Workflows, and ESS
- Lead end-to-end implementation including requirement gathering, system setup, testing, and go-live
- Conduct client training sessions (Admin & End-user)
- Coordinate with internal Product, Tech, and Support teams for issue resolution




- Validate data migration (employee data, salary structures, leave balances, etc.)
- Ensure statutory compliance configuration (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, tax rules)
- Provide post-go-live support during stabilization period
- Maintain implementation documentation and configuration records
- Track implementation milestones and ensure timely delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
