We are looking for an *Accountant* with robust hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting and *inventory management as the core responsibility. The ideal candidate should have practical warehouse inventory experience, including **bin-level stock tracking and physical stock verification, along with working knowledge of **Zoho Inventory and Tally Prime*.

The role will also involve statutory compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial reporting support.

### Key Responsibilities

*Inventory & Warehouse Management – Core Responsibility*

* Manage stock inward/outward, inventory valuation, and stock ledger.

* Maintain *bin/location-wise stock* and reconcile system records with physical stock.

* Conduct physical stock verification at the warehouse and reconcile discrepancies.

* Coordinate with warehouse staff for GRNs, issue slips, transfers, damages, expiry, and returns.





* Identify and report stock shortages, discrepancies, and slow/non-moving inventory.

* Reconcile inventory, purchase, and sales data between *Zoho Inventory and Tally Prime*.

*Accounting & Compliance*

* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journals.

* Handle vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.

* Support *GST compliance*, including GSTR-1/3B data preparation and GSTR-2B reconciliation.

* Support *TDS deduction, deposit, returns, and certificate*

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
