- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand exact role requirements, technical skills, and team needs. • Write and update job descriptions and publish them across career pages and job boards. • Source candidates via LinkedIn, skilled networks, referrals, and direct outreach. • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. • Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline progress and keep candidate records accurate. • Extend job offers and handle salary or benefit negotiations. • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hir
