Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential clients, generate qualified B2B leads, and schedule meetings to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients in the U.S. staffing, IT staffing
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, company websites, and online databases.
- LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Introduce Brixton Technologies’ staffing, recruitment services to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate lead databases and track outreach activities.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and support the sales team in acquiring recent clients

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
