Location: Logix Park, Sector 16, Noida
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Salary: Starting from ₹80,000 per month

Job Summary

UKIBS is looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented HR Manager to oversee human resource operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Handle attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and retention.
- Conduct performance reviews and coordinate training programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Manage employee documentation, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports and improve organizational efficiency.





Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in education, retail, or a multi-branch organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR policies, and labour compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple priorities effectively.
