About the Opportunity

We are developing a technology-enabled interior design and space visualisation company focused on premium residences, offices, and coworking spaces in Chandigarh Tricity.

We are seeking an experienced registered architect for a long-term, project-based collaboration, with the potential to expand across India. Our team will manage customer acquisition, design visualisation, project coordination, and technology. The architect will lead architectural design development, working drawings, technical coordination, and relevant approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and translate concepts into practical architectural designs and space plans.
- Develop detailed working drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and technical specifications.
- Review visualisation concepts for technical feasibility and execution requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other specialist consultants as required.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation for relevant approvals within the agreed project scope.
- Work with contractors, vendors, and project teams to resolve design and technical queries.
- Conduct site visits, review measurements, and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Recommend materials and design solutions aligned with project budgets and timelines.




- Maintain clear documentation, revisions, and agreed project deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Valid Council of Architecture registration.
- Demonstrated experience in residential and/or commercial architectural projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design development, technical drawings, and completed work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software, such as Revit or SketchUp.
- Familiarity with local building requirements and approval processes in Chandigarh Tricity.
- Solid communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Availability for project meetings and site visits within Chandigarh Tricity.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with premium residential interiors, office spaces, or coworking projects.
- Ability to collaborate with 3D visualisation and technology teams.
- Interest in digital workflows and AI-assisted design tools.

Engagement and Compensation

This is a project-based consulting opportunity with the intention of building a long-term working relationship. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be mutually agreed upon for each project.
