About Hirevoo

Hirevoo Marketing and Consultancy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening calls with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with daily HR activities and documentation.
- Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of recruitment and human resource management.
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field can apply.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
