Job Description

Chao Se Khao is looking for an experienced and passionate Multi-Cuisine Chef specializing in Chaap, Indian, and Chinese food. The candidate should be capable of preparing delicious dishes, maintaining consistent taste and quality, and managing kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of chaap dishes, including Malai Chaap, Afghani Chaap, Tandoori Chaap, and Masala Chaap.
- Prepare Indian dishes such as Paneer dishes, Dal, Gravy, and other popular Indian food items.
- Prepare Chinese dishes such as Chow Mein, Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, and other Indo-Chinese items.
- Maintain consistent taste, food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure timely order preparation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.




- Monitor ingredients and stock levels and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a chef specializing in chaap, Indian, and Chinese cuisine.
- Positive knowledge of recipes, spices, sauces, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work independently and handle kitchen responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
