- Store Operations: Supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor store staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, motivating team setting.
- Sales & Financial Management: Monitor sales targets, manage store budgets, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Inventory Control: Overseage inventory management, stock replenishment, shrink prevention, and regular auditing to minimize waste and loss.
- Customer Experience: Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolve escalated customer feedback, and maintain an inviting store atmosphere.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual displays, promotional signage, and product arrangements align with brand standards.
