Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead the operations team, ensure smooth day-to-day execution, and drive team productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the operations team to achieve daily targets.
- Allocate work and monitor individual and team performance.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and service levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, processes, and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular team reviews, provide feedback, and support employee development.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of critical issues.




- Train and mentor team members for better performance and career growth.

Required Skills

- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations preferred.

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
