Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and trustworthy Office Boy cum Driver to support daily office operations, assist the sales team with jewellery stock arrangement, and handle official outdoor duties. The candidate must hold a valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licences and have practical driving experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inside Office Duties

- Maintain office cleanliness and organisation.

- Assist with printing, photocopying, scanning, and document filing.

- Support the accounts, sales, and administration departments with routine office tasks.

- Assist management and staff with general administrative work.

- Help sales executives arrange and organise jewellery stock in the morning before business operations and in the evening after business hours, following company procedures.

2. Outside Office Duties

- Visit banks, courier offices, suppliers, and other locations for official work.

- Purchase office essentials as instructed by management.

- Complete other official errands assigned by management.

3. Driving Responsibilities





- Drive two-wheelers and four-wheelers for official purposes.

- Follow traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.

- Keep company vehicles clean and report maintenance requirements.

- Ensure timely and secure delivery and collection of documents and materials.

- Maintain vehicle usage and expense records whenever required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: +2 or equivalent preferred.

- Must possess valid driving licences for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

- Previous practical driving experience is mandatory.

- Knowledge of local roads and routes is preferred.

- Previous experience as an office assistant or driver is an advantage.

- Must be honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

- Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor duties.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
