The Heartland Hotel, a business-class hotel located near Aristo Junction, Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram, invites applications from enthusiastic, dedicated, and service-oriented candidates for the following positions.

1. Front Office Staff

- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, guest enquiries, telephone calls, and billing.
- Ensure excellent guest service and a comfortable stay.
- Good communication and computer skills preferred.

2. Operations Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Supervise staff and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Monitor service quality, revenue, expenses, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth operations and maintain hotel standards.
- Previous hotel management experience preferred.

3. Housekeeping Staff

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
- Prepare rooms according to hotel standards.
- Handle linen, room supplies, and housekeeping requests.
- Ensure a clean, protected,



and comfortable environment for guests.

4. Waiters / Food & Beverage Service Staff

- Attend to guests and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for every guest.

5. Accounts Staff

- Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, bills, and financial records.
- Handle cash transactions and support daily financial reporting.
- Assist with reconciliations, payments, and expense monitoring.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Excel preferred.
