We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee databases.
- Address employee queries, grievances, engagement activities, and workplace concerns.
- Support performance management, HR policies, compliance, and employee exit processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and SOPs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
