Project: Elevated Metro Station
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and verification of client and subcontractor RA Bills.
- Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.
- BOQ preparation, quantity verification, and reconciliation.
- Preparation of final bills and maintenance of Measurement Books (MB).
- Billing for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, columns, beams, and slabs.
- Coordination with clients/PMC for bill certification and approvals.
- Preparation of quantity variation statements and rate analysis.




- Maintaining billing records and supporting documents.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil billing and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience in metro rail, elevated structures, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Open to PAN India travel as per project requirements.
