Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support team members during busy periods.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Basic English and local language communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with specialty coffee preparation and latte art.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Food handling or hospitality experience.
