Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Lesson Planning

- Plan and deliver maths lessons (numbers, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, shapes, measurements, etc.)
- Use interactive methods like games, activities, and visual aids
- Simplify concepts for better understanding

2. Classroom Management

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment
- Encourage student participation and confidence

3. Student Development

- Support students in developing logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Identify and assist slow learners or advanced learners

4. Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct class tests, worksheets, and assignments
- Track student progress and maintain records
- Provide feedback to students and parents

5. Communication





- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Work collaboratively with other teachers

6. Co-curricular Participation

- Participate in school activities and events
- Encourage interest in maths through quizzes and fun activities

Pay: ₹10,412.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
