Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to oversee financial audits, finalize accounts, clear pending audit reports, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely completion of audit and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal and statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Review, finalize, and clear pending financial statements, audit reports, and accounting records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Review balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and reconciliations.
- Verify bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, and expense records.




- Manage tax audits and support the preparation of audit documentation and schedules.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and supporting financial documents.
- Coordinate with management, finance teams, banks, and external auditors for audit closures.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and recommend improvements in financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, and reports for decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and applicable accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting or ERP software.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple audit assignments and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
