IT Sales Executive

Engagement: Initial 3-month professional engagement, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance
Full-Time Compensation: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month + Healthy Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

ReTechPrime Technology Solutions is looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, understand their technology requirements, and drive sales for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Identify and approach prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and field visits.
- Support proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.




- Build strong client relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development are preferred.
- BBA & MBA freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/technology services.
- Target-driven and comfortable with lead generation, client meetings, and field visits.
- Must be willing to work from Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.
- Laptop and mobile phone required.
