Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible Administration Executive to support the smooth functioning of day-to-day hospital administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good coordination, communication, documentation, and team-handling skills. Healthcare administration experience will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with staff, doctors, nursing teams, and other departments.
- Maintain administrative records, reports, files, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor attendance, staff schedules, and routine administrative requirements.
- Support branch-level coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle office supplies, facility requirements, and vendor coordination.
- Assist management with reports, follow-ups,



and day-to-day operational updates.
- Address routine administrative queries and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal hospital procedures.
- Support the team in maintaining an efficient and professional patient-service workplace.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or a related role.
- Hospital/healthcare administration experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and administrative documentation.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
