Position: Retail Sales Associate (RSA)

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting eyewear products.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and sunglasses.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.

- Handle billing, order processing, and customer queries.

- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory.

- Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

- Sales and customer service.

- Convincing and communication skills.

- Team player.

- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
