- Lead end-to-end onboarding of carpentry service partners, ensuring alignment with Urban Company’s quality, safety, and customer experience standards. Design and execute structured training modules covering carpentry techniques, modular furniture installation, tool handling, safety protocols, and customer interaction. Conduct hands-on practical training sessions, assessments, and certifications to ensure partners are field-ready before deployment. Oversee field operations support, including live job audits, quality checks, and real-time issue resolution to maintain service excellence. Monitor partner KPIs such as job success rate, customer ratings, rework percentage, and productivity metrics. Perform business and performance analysis on partner data to identify training gaps,



operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with operations, category managers, and central teams to implement process improvements and SOP updates. Mentor partners through continuous feedback and performance coaching, improving long-term retention and service quality

Pay: ₹30,052.98 - ₹50,033.05 per month
