Job Summary

Zorba Estates is looking for a Commercial Manager to handle client relationships and property acquisition. You will work directly with buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups and builders. You will understand what they need, identify the right properties and take each deal through to successful onboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and gather their requirements (budget, location, size, purpose).
- Work closely with buyers, sellers, investors, brands, startups and real estate builders.
- Identify and shortlist suitable properties based on client requirements.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.
- Negotiate between buyers and sellers to close deals.
- Successfully onboard properties and clients with proper documentation and follow-up.




- Follow up regularly with leads and update the CRM / lead sheets daily.
- Build and maintain a database of properties, owners and builders.
- Keep up with market rates, new launches and local property trends.
- Achieve monthly targets for site visits, onboardings and closures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any degree (graduates preferred).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, commercial leasing, sales or client handling. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills in English and the local language.
- Confident, target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- two-wheeler is Mandatory
