Market Xcel Data Matrix is looking for detail-oriented professionals proficient in Uttarakhand's regional languages, including Garhwali, Kumaoni, and Jaunsari, to support a language-based data and research project. The role involves listening to audio recordings, accurately understanding the content, and typing/transcribing information while ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Listen to and review audio recordings in Garhwali, Kumaoni, Jaunsari, or other Uttarakhand regional languages.
- Accurately understand and interpret spoken content.
- Type and transcribe audio content with a high degree of accuracy.
- Identify and report unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
- Verify transcription quality and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in spelling, grammar, and formatting.
- Record observations and feedback as required.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets within project timelines.

Required Skills

- Fluency in at least one Uttarakhand regional language (Garhwali, Kumaoni, or Jaunsari).
- Strong listening, comprehension, and typing skills.
- Good command of local dialects, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.




- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with typing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and quality-checking abilities.

Preferred Background

- Experience in transcription, data annotation, language review, quality checking (QC), content moderation, or research projects is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in audio-based projects will have an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong regional language proficiency and typing skills are encouraged to apply.
