Job Description

Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Coordinator – Civil to coordinate daily construction activities and ensure smooth communication between site teams, contractors, engineers, and management.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities follow the project schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and suppliers.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements.
- Follow up on pending site activities and requirements.
- Assist in maintaining construction quality and safety standards.
- Communicate site updates and progress to the concerned teams.
- Identify and report site-related issues for timely resolution.




- Maintain proper site records and progress updates.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Good knowledge of construction site activities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
