About the Internship

We are looking for motivated, confident and responsible Education Counselling Interns to join our growing team.

This is a part-time, work-from-home internship in which you will interact with prospective parents, understand their requirements, explain suitable Quran learning programmes, coordinate demo classes and support the student enrolment process.

You will gain practical experience in education counselling, telecalling, lead management, parent communication and relationship building.

Internship Details

- Duration: 3 Months
- Mode: Remote / Work From Home

- Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents and understand their requirements.
- Explain Quraaniq's Quran and Islamic education programmes.
- Schedule demo classes and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Communicate with parents through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up records.
- Support the team in converting interested parents into enrolled students.
- Build positive relationships with parents and provide a professional experience.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and daily calling targets.

Previous work experience is not mandatory.

Compensation and Post-Internship Opportunities

During the 3-Month Internship

Depending on the internship arrangement offered to the selected candidate, the internship may be:

- Stipend-Based: ₹1,000–₹3,000 per month, depending on the agreed terms and performance; or
- Unpaid: No stipend will be provided during the initial 3-month internship period.

The applicable arrangement will be communicated clearly to candidates before they accept the internship offer. Candidates should confirm their compensation terms before joining.

After Successful Completion of 3 Months

High-performing interns may be considered for:

- Paid Employment Opportunity: An opportunity to join Quraaniq in a paid role, with salary based on the position, responsibilities and performance.
- Pre-Placement Opportunity (PPO): Selected candidates may be considered for a full time opportunity with a potential package of up to ₹5 LPA, subject to performance, skills, available positions and company requirements.

Important: A paid job or PPO is not guaranteed to every intern. Selection will depend on individual performance and the company's hiring requirements.
