Key Responsibilities

 Identify, research, and approach current vendors and suppliers in international markets.

 Carry out vendor hunting through online platforms, supplier directories, marketplaces, referrals, and direct

outreach.

 Build and maintain a reliable supplier database, including product range, contact details, pricing, availability,

and commercial terms.

 Request and compare quotations from multiple vendors to secure competitive pricing and suitable

alternatives.

 Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, lead times, warranties, and other purchasing conditions.

 Source networking hardware, servers, switches, laptops, IT accessories, and other products based on

business requirements.

 Check product specifications, part numbers, quantities, stock availability, delivery timelines, and regional

compatibility where applicable.

 Follow up with suppliers for quotations, stock confirmation, order status,



shipment details, and delivery

updates.

 Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to understand requirements and provide timely sourcing

options.

 Monitor market pricing and availability, identify alternative suppliers, and flag changes that may affect cost or

delivery.

 Help resolve supplier-related issues, including incorrect items, delays, shortages, and warranty or return

queries.

 Maintain professional supplier relationships while ensuring transparency, accuracy, and confidentiality.

 Perform other procurement, sourcing, and coordination tasks reasonably related to the role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
