Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain course structures, admission procedures, payment options, and program advantages.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication until admission.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and effective counseling.
- Maintain student enquiry records, follow-up reports, and admission details in the CRM or designated system.
