Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Salary: ₹45,000–₹65,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with machinery manufacturers, brick/block units, RMC plants, dealers, builders, and contractors.
- Drive regional sales activities to meet business targets.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through field visits, referrals, dealer contacts, and existing clients.
- Arrange at least 10 customer visits/meetings per week and demonstrate products to prospective buyers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into orders.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Update customer details,



sales leads, follow-ups, and daily visit reports in Odoo or other CRM systems.
- Track market trends and competitor strategies to expand business.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in field sales and territory development.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Experience in construction machinery, industrial equipment, or related sectors will be an advantage.
