Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – Educart
Location: Dayalbagh, Agra
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 CTC per month

Role Overview

Educart is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Development team at our Agra HQ. The ideal candidate should have good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills, along with a strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales and collect orders from B2B channel partners.
- Identify and acquire new customers through research and outbound calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
- Handle customer queries and maintain strong business relationships.




- Maintain daily sales reports and adhere to defined processes.

Required Skills

- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach with effective time management.
- Basic Excel and sales reporting skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in the publishing or education industry will be an added advantage.
