- Performance-Based Incentives – AUD $10–$15 per Successful Sale.

Work Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Language Requirements – 3 Positions

- We are hiring 3 Telecallers for the following language combinations:
- Position 1: English + Hindi + Punjabi (Preferred)
- Position 2: English + Hindi + Gujarati (Preferred)
- Position 3: English + Hindi

Working Hours

- Employment Type: Full time
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Weekly Off: Friday
- Time: 5AM - 2PM (IST)

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls to generate course enrolments.
- Understand students' requirements, target scores, exam timelines, and preparation challenges, and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp messages to maximise conversions.
- Handle student enquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and confidently.
- Regularly update CRM entries and ensure no interested lead is missed.




- Follow up with existing leads and re-engage students who have shown interest but have not purchased a course.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with other members in the team to ensure smooth student enrolment process.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
- Provide regular updates on lead conversion, sales performance, and customer feedback.
